This sender pilot is separate from supplier inquiries and reminders. From is fixed to placements@handseo.com; the only test recipient is klientiem@gmail.com. Preparing a preview sends nothing. Zoho permissions apply to the shared account; HandSEO enforces this fixed alias and recipient.

Create a server-based client in Zoho EU named HandSEO Placements, homepage https://handseo.com, redirect https://handseo.com/api/mail/zoho-outbound/oauth-callback. Requested scopes: ZohoMail.messages.CREATE and ZohoMail.accounts.READ. No message-read, mailbox-settings or organization-management scope is requested. Do not paste credentials into chat.
Controlled reply test · existing outbound email
Prepare a reply to the already sent HandSEO test. This creates an isolated test request and records the existing outbound Message-ID; it sends no new email. The reply will use the base placements address. Association uses the exact approved test channel, not unavailable RFC reply headers. No publisher acceptance can be created.
Donor intake · preparation only
Prepare an exact Zoho inbound configuration for review. This creates no callback, webhook, permission grant or email. Activation is not available in this release.
Scannn and other mailbox aliases are outside the plan. Mixed recipient lists are refused by the prepared adapter. Zoho filter exclusivity and CC/BCC field completeness still need verification before activation. No whole-mailbox forwarding or message-read permission is configured.
Approved four-email isolation test
Only the exact proposal approved for HS-MAIL-SCOPE-783E8CA46A4D is supported. Preparing creates one private test callback. It sends no email and cannot activate donor intake.
